Part-Time Fitness Coach

Are you passionate about health and wellness? Join our team as a Part-Time Fitness Coach and help individuals of all fitness levels achieve their goals with cutting-edge Electro-Muscular Stimulation (EMS) technology! We specialize in personalized, 20-minute strength-training sessions designed to build strength, improve mobility, and promote independence for our members, ranging from fitness beginners to active adults.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Fitness Coach, you’ll play a key role in guiding our members through their fitness journeys. You’ll provide one-on-one coaching during EMS sessions, ensuring proper technique, safety, and motivation. Your day-to-day will include tailoring workouts to individual needs, offering encouragement, and creating a welcoming, supportive environment where members feel empowered to reach their goals.

Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday with shift starting between 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic about fitness and eager to help others succeed. No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in health and wellness are essential. If you’re reliable, coachable, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you!

Salary

$21–$23/hour, based on qualifications and experience.
